A formal complaint is defined as a complaint filed in written (or electronic) form and signed by the complainant. This complaint should outline the specific tool, consultant or advice and rationale for the complaint including specific documentation or examples. Anonymous complaints are not possible.
When you have submitted a complaint:
– We will send you a confirmation when we have received your complaint.
– We will contact you if we need more information, such as a receipt or invoice documentation.
Otherwise we will contact you when our investigation is complete.
